Something new is coming to Orlando International Airport and it is sure to be EPIC! Find out what just opened.
Orlando International Airport
Orlando International Airport, also known as MCO, is a busy airport. It is also a popular choice for those visiting Central Florida, which is where many of our favorite theme parks are located. MCO is consistently listed in the top 10 busiest airports in the United States due to the number of travelers visiting Central Florida. At over 11,000 acres, it is also one of the largest airports as well.
Epic Universe
Epic Universe is opening this year, and everyone is so excited. The new park will be the fourth gate at Universal Orlando, joining Universal Studios Orlando, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and Universal’s Volcano Bay. Universal hopes Epic Universe will turn Universal into a week-long destination for families. And, with 11 confirmed rides and a variety of play areas, shows, dining, and shops, Epic Universe will have a little something for everyone.
Universal Epic Universe Store
There is something EPIC happening at the Orlando International Airport. Universal Orlando has just opened a Universal Epic Universe store at the airport. You are sure to find fun merchandise, and something from all the new worlds. You can find shirts and headbands from Super Nintendo World. You can find items from the various worlds including How To Train Your Dragon and even Dark Universe. The store is located in Terminal B on Level 3 before the security checkpoint.
Other items include plushes, sweatshirts, keychains, mugs, and so much more. With the Universal Epic Universe store opening at the airport, it means we are one step closer to the real Epic Universe opening. I know I can’t wait for this new park to open!
