Portland police are asking for the public’s help identifying a “person of interest” riding a bicycle near the scene of a fatal shooting. Lorenzo Miranda, 50, was shot and killed in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood. Police have released photos of the individual and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
