“Kemalangan yang melibatkan sebuah kenderaan jenis Toyota Hilux milik Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) berlaku semasa kenderaan itu yang dipandu dari arah Maktab PDRM Cheras menuju ke Sabak Bernam bagi memberi bantuan siasatan tempat kejadian.
“Akibat pelanggaran, kenderaan tersebut telah terbalik dan telah menghalang laluan di lorong kiri jalan,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan.
Jelasnya, seramai lima pegawai dan anggota polis lelaki yang berusia antara 30 dan 50 tahun berada dalam kenderaan terbabit.
“Hasil pemeriksaan di Jabatan Kecemasan Hospital Ampang, hanya dua daripada lima orang mangsa mengalami kecederaan ringan dan telah menerima rawatan sebagai pesakit luar di Zon Kuning, Jabatan Kecemasan, Hospital Ampang.
“Kedua-dua mangsa tersebut telah dibenarkan pulang pada hari yang sama,” katanya.
